Charles Umphred, Managing Director, is a recognized expert in business marketing and has been involved in business sales and marketing for over 30 years. He has bought, sold and managed several wholesale and retail businesses and has an intimate understanding of the requirements of both buyers and sellers. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.

Michael Hunter, Director, has a unique 360º view of the marketplace stemming from operating roles with leading companies at every side of the table (B2C / B2B manufacturing, retail, management consulting for private equity and corporate M&A clients). This enables him to pull every lever in pursuit of maximizing the value of his clients’ businesses. He holds an Honors Business Administration degree from Western University.

Carl Billera, Director, has nearly twenty years of real estate and business acquisition experience. He is also a respected entrepreneur having started, operated and and sold several businesses in the restaurant and real estate management industries. A licensed Realtor, he holds a B.A. from Moravian College.
