Charles Umphred, Managing Director, is a recognized expert in business marketing and has been involved in business sales and marketing for over 20 years. He has bought, sold and managed several wholesale and retail businesses and has an intimate understanding of the requirements of both buyers and sellers. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.

Bill Uhler, Acquisition Advisor, manages the central Pennsylvania region. He is the former CEO of several regional printing and communication companies and has been involved in business development, management and acquisition work his entire career. He holds a B.S. from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from Shippensburg University.
Carl Billera, Acquisition Advisor, has nearly twenty years of real estate and business acqusition experience. He is also a respected entrepreneur having started, operated and and sold several businesses in the restaurant and real estate management industries. A licensed Realtor, he holds a B.A. from Moravian College.
Greg Burns,Acquisition Advisor. Greg is a veteran of the fuel distribution business, where he has filled most roles from driver to dispatch,from safety to sales, including serving as a Regional Manager. as he moved into his various management roles he also developed a broad base of contacts within the industry. He both understands the Energy Industry and, through his extensive background, is well qualified to help clients either sell or acquire businesses in this field.
Jeff Brunner, Acquisition Advisor, has 30 years of leadership experience in the heating oil, propane, and HVAC sectors. He has held VP and Director level positions in sales, marketing, and operations for some of the industry's largest and most profitable companies. Jeff's experience also includes significant time spent in acquisition integration, having been involved in more than 70 acquisitions at various levels throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Shippensburg University.
Peter O'Donnell, Advisor, was previously the principal of Pine Tree Management. For over 20 years he operated Northeastern Pennsylvania's leading mergers and acquisition firm, providing consulting, valuation and transaction services to many of the region's leading companies. He has an extensive background in banking and financial services in addition to being a former officer in the U.S. Navy. He holds an MBA from Harvard University and a B.S. from the University of Scranton.
